enum LocationChangeAction : Enum<LocationChangeAction>

Describes what action the location callback should take when a new location arrives.

RELOAD_HOME — the market domain actually changed; trigger a full WebView reload.
UPDATE_LOCATION_ONLY — same market, page idle; push the new coords via JS only.
NO_ACTION — same market but the page is still loading; skip silently.
